AN IRONIC BEGINNING

Always be careful what you use for a personal quote! Mine "The problem with intuitive programs is that any idiot can use them." is coming back to haunt me.

Apparently knowing enough HTML, CSS, graphics programs etc. to do my own web sites and a better than average knowledge of computers in general is not enough to figure out how the deviantART site works.

I finally added ~~my own images~~ I mean a couple of deviations and accidentally deleted the one that got me my first "fav" and a nice comment by someone else. My apologies to you both.

"Gray in my Pants" has been added again and I have figured out how to just edit ~~something~~ I mean edit a deviation.

Really, while the various help pages, tutorials etc. are helpful, I have apparently descended into "old fart" territory and need a primer on, at the very least, what all the devious derivations on devious mean. Not to mention what a Shoutbox and Shoutboard etc. is.
